Orsatti & Associates, P.A., is a Tampa Bay real estate law firm, focused on clients in the Tampa Bay area and is dedicated in providing our clients with efficient, competent and effective solutions for all of their legal needs. Our Practice
Our provided services include estate planning and probate administration, residential and commercial real estate transactions including but not limited to quiet title actions, landlord-tenant law, business and corporate law and civil and commercial litigation for our clients.
Other areas of practice include collaborative law, and personal injury actions that include car accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, slip and fall, dog bites, slander, and libel.
Although our office is located in the Tampa Bay area, we have successfully represented clients in many other parts of Florida as well as many other states and even international clients. The majority of our clients and cases come from Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough and Hernando counties.
Chad T. Orsatti
Chad T. Orsatti was born in Princeton, New Jersey but has been a member of the Tampa Bay community since 1980.
Chad graduated from Elon University in 1994, majoring in political science with a minor in business administration. He received his Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1998 while also earning credits toward his degree at Stetson University College and at Trinity University in Dublin, Ireland.
In 2002, Chad graduated summa cum laude from the University of Phoenix with a Masters of Business Administration with a focus on finance.
Chad was licensed to practice in all Florida State Courts in 1999 and was licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida in 2000. Mr. Orsatti is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association and founded Orsatti & Associates, P.A., in July 2000.
His areas of practice include real estate, negotiation of short sales and loan modifications, real estate litigation including foreclosure defense, title insurance, wills, trusts, probate and estate planning, landlord/tenant, as well as corporate and business law and associated litigation and personal injury.
Chad has partnered with Compass Land & Title, LLC to provide title insurance services to his clients. Through Compass Land & Title, LLC, Chad is able to provide title insurance for both residential and commercial real estate transactions and will conduct closings on properties throughout the State of Florida.
Chad is happily married to his wife Theresa and together they are parents to their son, Chad, II. When not working, Chad enjoys boating with his family and hunting and fishing with his son.
Richard C. Millian Esq.
Richard C. Millian (Rick) of Retamar & Millian, P.A. serves as Of Counsel to Orsatti & Associates, P.A., and advises clients on personal injury claims as well premises liability, slip and fall and wrongful death claims.
In 1997, Rick began his career as a civil litigator. He then worked for Tew & Associates in Clearwater, FL for almost ten years before accepting the position of General Counsel with Life Brokerage Partners. His experience as General Counsel and in private practice provides with him the tools necessary to represent his clients with the utmost confidence to achieve the clients’ desired results. In 2008 after leaving his position as General Counsel for Life Brokerage Partners, LLC. He went back to private practice to fulfill his career long dream of working alongside his brother, attorney Marc T. Millian, where together, along with attorney Richard Retamar, they assist injured clients recover compensation for injuries they sustain due to the negligence of others. In late 2009, Rick opened the Tampa area office of Retamar & Millian, P.A. which currently shares office space with Orsatti & Associates, P.A.
Rick has lived in the Tampa area since 1985, except when he attended Florida Atlantic University where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. He returned to the Tampa area and in 1997 earned a J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law where he graduated cum laude. Rick is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts.
Rick is happily married to his wife, Krista and together they are the parents to their sons, Eli Jacob and Alexander Joseph. When not working, Rick enjoys spending time with his family.
